• General tickets are limited to 4 per person.

• This is a standing show. Entry will be in order of ticket numbers.

• Please present your passport when picking up your ticket.

• If the ticket holder is different, a copy of the purchaser’s ID is required.

[Tickets]

• Tickets are available for on-site pickup only.

• Ticket booth opens at 3:00 PM on the event day.

• No cancellations or refunds on the day of the show.

[Entry & Show Guidelines]

• Entry starts at 6:00 PM, after VIP entry is completed.

• Late arrivals will lose their queue number and enter under staff guidance.

• Only mobile phones are allowed for recording. Other devices are prohibited.

• Dangerous or disruptive items may be restricted by staff.

• Lockers are limited. Please keep belongings minimal.

• Locker fee: KRW 1,000 (coins only). Please prepare cash in advance.

• Coin exchange machines are available on-site.

• Improper use of lockers may result in items being removed by staff.

• The venue and organizer are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• Lost locker key fee: KRW 30,000.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed (except 500ml water).
